Terms of Service

Effective date: 1 December 2025

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Juice Jam game (the “Game”), a PortalPi product operated by DIGITAL Eforie ORG SRL, Romania (“PortalPi”, “we”, “us”). By playing the Game you agree to these Terms.

PortalPi platform terms. Your use of PortalPi services is also governed by PortalPi’s terms and policies. The PortalPi Terms are available at portalpi.com/terms and the PortalPi Privacy Policy at portalpi.com/policy. If there is a conflict between those documents and these Terms about the Game, these Terms control for the Game.

1) Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital consent age where you live).
• If you are under the age of majority, you must have permission from a parent/guardian.
• You must have a Pi Network account / Pi Browser access where required to use certain features (e.g., payments).

2) The Game

Juice Jam is a casual puzzle game. You may earn or spend in‑game virtual currency (“Coins”) for optional features such as boosters, hints, additional moves, or saving results to leaderboards (depending on the current game mode and configuration).

3) Virtual currency, items, and purchases

• Coins are virtual. Coins and in‑game items have no cash value, are not legal tender, and are not redeemable for money.
• Purchases. You may be able to buy Coin packs or limited “no‑ads” access using Pi Network Payments. Payment processing is handled through the Pi Network / Pi Browser flow.
• No refunds. Except where required by law, all purchases are final and non‑refundable once delivered (e.g., coins credited, no‑ads activated).
• Changes. We may change the available packs, pricing, or features at any time. We may also reset or adjust coins and items to prevent fraud or fix errors.

4) Ads and rewards

The Game may show ads or offer optional rewarded experiences (e.g., for coins or in‑game benefits). Availability can vary by region/device and may change over time.

5) Leaderboards and usernames

If you submit or save scores/records, your Pi username (or display name) and score may be shown publicly on leaderboards. Do not use a username that violates rights or is offensive.

6) Prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

• cheat, exploit bugs, use bots, or attempt to manipulate scores, coins, or payments;
• probe, scan, or test the security of the Game or backend services;
• reverse engineer or copy the Game except as allowed by law;
• use the Game in a way that violates applicable laws or third‑party rights.

7) Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Game (or parts of it) at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

8) Intellectual property

The Game, its code, artwork, text, and branding are owned by PortalPi or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

9) Disclaimers

The Game is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not promise that the Game will be error‑free or that any particular results (scores, rewards) will be achieved.

10) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PortalPi will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of the Game.

11) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without regard to conflict‑of‑laws rules. Courts located in Romania will have jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

12) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Game after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
