This Privacy Policy explains how DIGITAL Eforie ORG SRL, Romania (“PortalPi”, “we”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use Juice Jam (the “Game”).

1) Information we collect

• Account identifiers: your Pi Network user UID and Pi username (provided through the Pi Browser / Pi SDK when you sign in).
• Gameplay data: level/progress, scores, win/loss outcomes, and game settings.
• Virtual currency & purchases: coin balance, coin spend events (e.g., boosters, leaderboard save fees), and purchase metadata (e.g., product SKU, amount, payment status, transaction id) to confirm delivery and prevent fraud.
• Device / log data: IP address, timestamps, user agent, and basic diagnostics from server logs.

2) How we use information

• to operate the Game and provide features (saving progress, leaderboards, coins, boosters);
• to process and verify payments and deliver purchased items;
• to prevent fraud, abuse, and cheating;
• to analyze performance and improve the Game;
• to communicate with you about support requests.

3) Ads and analytics

The Game may display ads or rewarded experiences. Ad delivery and related identifiers may be handled by the Pi Browser / Pi Network and their partners. We may receive limited signals (e.g., whether a rewarded action completed) to grant in‑game rewards. We do not control third‑party ad technologies; please refer to Pi/PortalPi policies for more details.

4) How we share information

We may share information:

• with Pi Network / Pi Browser services as needed to authenticate users and process payments;
• with service providers that help host the Game (e.g., infrastructure, security) under confidentiality obligations;
• when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and prevent fraud.

We do not sell your personal information.

5) Leaderboards (public display)

If you submit or save results, your Pi username and score may appear publicly in leaderboards.

6) Data retention

We keep data for as long as necessary to operate the Game, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. We may delete or anonymize data when it is no longer needed.

7) Your choices and rights

• You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data, subject to legal requirements.
• You can stop using the Game at any time. Some data may remain in backups for a limited period.

8) Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

9) Children

The Game is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

10) Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted here with a revised effective date.
